Help each other build.
Forget about money.
Vibe Collective is a private community for people who code with AI tools. We ship each other's projects for free, and when they earn, a slice funds the whole crew — coworking desks, café tabs, gym plans, and the next round of partnerships.
Warning: we will ask if you believe mutual help > money. Wrong answers are rejected by a robot with no feelings.
How it works
A flywheel powered by favors, funded by revenue.

Join
Apply through our deliberately strict screening. We check skills, portfolio, and — most importantly — whether you believe helping beats hustling.
- 02
Get screened
Score 70/100 on values, skills, and intent. It is a filter, not a paywall. About a third of applicants make it, and that is the point.
- 03
Help on projects
Claim a project on the board, or answer a help request. Trade an evening of debugging for a logo, a CI pipeline for a pricing consult.
- 04
Share revenue
When a community project earns, a fixed slice (25–100%, set by the project) flows into the community fund. Transparently. On a dashboard.
- 05
Enjoy the perks
The fund buys cheap local coworking desks, café deals, gym plans, demo-night pizza, and new partnerships. Money goes in, life gets better.
The loop repeats.
Funded projects buy partnerships. Partnerships attract builders. Builders ship more projects.
No VCs. No growth hacks. No "crushing it."
Nobody here is building an exit. We're building a place where a Tuesday night of pair-programming earns you a friend, a favor, and eventually a cheaper gym membership. The community fund is fully transparent — every dollar in, every dumpling out.
